This Easter weekend, the island country of Sri Lanka was bombed in a terrorist attack. The attacks struck churches, hotels, and other cites in the cities Batticaloa, Colombo, and Negombo. An approximate total of 290 casualties and the number still continues to rise. In addition, 39 foreigners were victims of the bombings, coming from Australia, Britain, China, Japan, Portugal, and the United States. Warnings about suicide attacks against churches were sent to the security services by the Sri Lankan police, but no action was taken. In the end, there will be a way we can help save and heal Sri Lanka from these attacks.
