During this pandemic, it’s important for everybody to keep clean and sanitized, including disinfecting belongings. Here are a few suggestions to help keep your things clean in order to prevent the spread of any germs:

  1. Apply sanitizer daily. This will for sure help keep your hands clean from germs. It is also suggested that you apply sanitizer after going outside.
  2. Disinfect your furniture during your free time. For instance, Clorox wipes are useful to wipe off the dirty smudges off of your furniture or devices. Use any cleaning sprays when cleaning the bathroom, wiping the walls, or any other things around the house. When you disinfect things around the house, you get rid of the germs lingering around the house.
  3. After coming back home from the store, it’s good to wipe off food packages with wipes (such as boxes, containers, etc.) before putting them away. This is because at the store, people often touch food packaging when inspecting them, such as reading the ingredients.
  4. It is important to disinfect areas daily that are most commonly used in the house. For instance, the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. In order to really disinfect an area, you need to spend at least 30 minutes. You would first clean up the area. Then use disinfecting spray or disinfecting wipes. Scrub really hard to get rid of all of the too-gross-to-mention stuff. Wipe the floors. Wipe the handle of the sink. Clean until the place looks shiny clean. Remember, you’re not cleaning just to make the place look nice, but to keep areas disinfected in order to prevent the spread of germs.

These were just a few suggestions. Feel free to look up more ideas online. Remember to keep disinfecting and stay safe!
