With the growing concern of our health, it has become increasingly important that we take care of ourselves. Being more cautious about your health, and others, can make a difference. Here are a few ways to take care of yourself:

1. The most important way to keep yourself clean is to wash your hands. Use soap and wash for at least two minutes- as long as it takes to sing “Happy Birthday” twice.

2. Keep surfaces clean! This includes your door handles, tables, and even a device’s screen. Cleaning objects regularly in your house can prevent the spread of germs between family members.

3. Since parks, public pools, or gyms, are closed, it’s extremely important to stay fit. Try to eat healthy, go on walks, and do workouts at home.

4. It’s important to keep a positive mindset. Think positive! By doing so, you will feel more energetic and happy.

Staying healthy is extremely important. Stay in a positive mindset, exercise often and wash your hands!
