During this pandemic, it is important to have a healthy lifestyle and immune system. A healthy immune system can be formed by healthy choices. These choices can be anything from your food to your sleep, and even the amount of exercise you are getting. The more important and natural choices can vary. For instance, 8-10 hours of sleep so your body can recover and filter itself, drinking lots of water and eating healthy foods, or exercising to keep yourself in shape and healthy. The kinds of foods that you are eating should consist of vitamins A and C, zinc, iron, and protein to help yourself. But, a healthy immune system doesn’t only consist of foods and exercise, it also consists of washing your hands, maintaining clean surfaces, and just try to keep anything that can be a suitable place, for bacteria and viruses to live on, clean. Overall, take care of your body, stay safe, and stay healthy!
