Winter break had finally ended and it is time to get back into school mode. This may seem hard, especially after three weeks without school. So, here are a few tips to get back into school mode:

  1. Cut Back on the Clutter – By clearing out the amount of trash in your backpack and desk you automatically start to get back into school mode. In fact, studies suggest there is a direct relationship between clutter and stress.
  2. Get More Sleep – Although this may seem like the exact opposite, but studies show that if you are getting about 7 to 9 hours of sleep each day then you will have a lot more energy to start the day.
  3. Be organized – Keep track of all of the things that you have to do and keep everything in a specific place. A great way to do this is the write in your agenda and get some boxes to keep your supplies in.

These are just a few tips to help you get ready for second semester.
