Why Sleep?

Sleep plays a vital role in maintaining good health. It’s widely known that sleep deprivation causes one to become tired and irritable. But, when one regularly does not get enough sleep, they might be diagnosed with fatal medical conditions. This includes obesity, heart disease, high-blood pressure, and diabetes. If you have trouble sleeping, then drink some herbal tea and don’t look at any electronics thirty minutes before bed. Because of the health issues, it’s important to make sure to get some sleep so you can live a long, peaceful life.
