Yesterday was 9/11, and we remember this date because on September 11, 2001, there four consistent attacks. They were on the north and south twin towers, the Pentagon, and in a field in Stonycreek Township. A total of 2,996 people killed, over 6,000 people injured, and there were at least $10 billion for damages. 9/11 is also the deadliest terrorist in human history for the firefighters and law enforcement officers. A total of 343 firefighters and 72 law enforcement officers killed on 9/11. It is for this reason that we remember 9/11. We need to show respect to all of the innocent lives that were lost.
