Most people think of Martin Luther King Jr. Day as just another day off, but, in reality, it is a meaningful holiday and a way to honor Martin Luther King Jr.

Martin Luther King Jr. Day is an American federal holiday marking the birthday of Martin Luther King Jr. It is observed on the third Monday of January each year, which is January 21 this year. It celebrates the life and achievements of Martin Luther King Jr., an influential American civil rights leader. He is known for his campaigns to end racial segregation on public transport and for racial equality in the United States. King believed that all people, no matter what color, should be able to fulfill their dreams.

When the holiday shows up, just be sure to show gratitude to the man who made this world a better place to live in.
