For the first time ever, Cope is allowing students to wear costumes on Halloween. Students are not allowed to wear masks or hats, but everything else is a free for all. Students seem to be excited about the new change. This is a good chance for students to express themselves. Unfortunately, no treats will be given out, but there will be plenty of treats!
