This year, Cope is hosting chess club in room M – 51 by Ms. Escher. The president of the club is Shriyaa Narayanan and the vice president of this club is Hailey Kroaker. This group is a great way for Cope Eagles to make new friends and find their interest in chess. If you are only a beginner to the game of chess, this club is a great way to learn and improve your technique in chess while also having fun. If you are an advanced chess player then this club is a great way to challenge yourself against other players and a great way to enhance your chess playing skills.  By the end of this club, I can assure you that you will crush your family members in a game of chess.
