Destination Imagination is starting up for the 2018-2019 school year! There is an informational meeting tomorrow, September 11, 2018, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the library. Destination Imagination, often known as DI, is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math)-based learning program. They teach skills, such as perseverance, problem solving, and critical thinking. Kids are split up into teams of 2-7 and assigned challenges. They work on their challenges for 2-4 months, meeting about every week. So if you are interested in learning life skills through challenging problems, come to the library tomorrow!
