Earthquake Strikes Japan

Today, September 5, at 11:07 a.m, Japan was hit with a massive earthquake with a magnitude of 6.6. Different cities in Japan, including Sapporo to Osaka and near Honshu, were struck by this tragic earthquake.  There were four fatalities and hundreds of people were injured. Luckily, Japan didn’t have to worry about a tsunami but Hawaii is still on its toes about the possibility of having one. People around the world are doubting this outcome, since Hawaii is a reasonable amount of miles away from Japan, but either way Hawaii is on alert. Everyone sends hope to Japan to overcome this tragic incident and for Hawaii to be safe.
