It is known to most students that the first semester of school is one of the most stressful times of the year. People are adjusting to their classes, teachers, classmates, and work. Luckily, there are a few simple ways to get rid of stress and make the work load easier to carry. Of those ways includes getting more sleep. True, this might be difficult if homework needs to be done and the only time to do so is at 1 a.m. However, a great trick is to go to sleep at a decent time and then to wake up earlier than normal in the morning to finish leftover homework, so kids can be more well rested throughout the school day. Another way to get rid of stress, and the anxiety accompanying it, is exercise. Not hardcore, feel-the-burn exercise, but maybe a simple jog in the morning. A third way to get rid of stress is to write issues down. The more thought put into things the easier it is to solve them,  and make stress easier to deal with.
